I am a spayed female & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix

Hi there! My name is Jersey, and I’m a sweet girl with a big heart and gentle manners. I came to the shelter as a stray, but I’m learning so much about the world, thanks to kind humans who’ve spent time with me. I love car rides—once I’m in, I settle right down and either lay quietly or sit and watch the world go by. I’ve had the chance to meet a few kids, and I did really well with them. I enjoyed their attention and happily soaked up the pets they offered. I’ve got a playful side and wag my tail when I see other dogs, and I’m learning to be on my best behavior around ducks and other animals. I don’t bark or growl and take treats so gently it’s like I’m afraid of accidentally nibbling your fingers. If you’re looking for a sweet, calm, and loving companion, I’m your girl!
